The Supervisor mobile application ("App") is provided by:

2. Purpose of the App
The App serves exclusively as a mobile interface (gateway) allowing users to access a Supervisor system instance. These instances are operated independently by you or your organization on your own premises ("On-Premises").
Tehnozavod d.o.o. does not operate the Supervisor system you connect to, does not have remote access to it, and does not host the data displayed within it.
3. Data Collection and Processing
Tehnozavod d.o.o. does not collect, store, or process any personal data via this App.
Specifically, we do not receive or store:
- The URL/Address of the local Supervisor server you connect to.
- Your login credentials (username or password).
- Any security data, logs, or personal information displayed within the Supervisor interface.
- Usage analytics or behavioral tracking data.
4. Data Stored Locally on Your Device
To facilitate the connection and improve user experience, the App may store specific configuration data locally on your device:
- Server Connection Info: The URL of the server you manually input.
- Session Tokens: Temporary technical cookies or tokens required to maintain your login session with your organization's server.
This data resides solely on your device and is never transmitted to Tehnozavod d.o.o. or third-party cloud servers. You may remove this data at any time by clearing the App's storage in your device settings or uninstalling the App.
5. Device Permissions
The App requires Internet/Network Access permissions solely to establish a connection with your specified Supervisor server. The App does not access sensitive device sensors such as the Camera, Microphone, Contacts, or Location Services.
6. User Account Management and Deletion
Tehnozavod d.o.o. does not manage, host, or control user accounts.
- Account Control: All user accounts are created, managed, and stored by the administrator of the specific Supervisor system you connect to (for example, your employer or facility manager).
- Account Deletion: If you wish to delete your account or modify your data, you must contact your local Supervisor system administrator directly. Tehnozavod d.o.o. technically cannot delete accounts as we do not have access to the local databases where they are stored.
7. App Stores and Third Parties
If you download the App via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, those platforms may collect anonymous technical telemetry (for example, crash reports and install statistics) in accordance with their own privacy policies. Tehnozavod d.o.o. does not control this data.

8. Changes to this Policy
